I sit in front of a computer for hours and hours on end, sometimes for a whole day and night, depending on how the design job i am working on is progressing. When I get up I have neck ache and lower back pains that only the devil himself would endure.
Having a great idea and a product or service to sell is just the beginning.
There is just so much that you need to do before you start an e-commerce business and there is so much more to do after you have your site set up. The truth is unless you are a very competent script writer or programmer, this really is a very arduous task and an absolute minefield.

I have literally built dozens of e-commerce stores and I have used many, many types of e-commerce software so I feel I can give a pretty good insight into a few of the most commonly used ones on the market.

Fair trade cotton slipped down the retail agenda last year, but this month’s Fairtrade Fortnight will make a fresh push for ethical sourcing, with a host of retailers on board.
Fair-trade cotton was on not top of retailers’ priorities in the recessionary 2009, but the Fairtrade Foundation is attempting to put ethical sourcing back on the fashion agenda, five years on from fair trade cotton’s inception.
Fairtrade Foundation is to kick off a year of fashion promotions during Fairtrade Fortnight, which starts on February 22, in a bid to reverse sliding sales of ethically sourced cotton.

For me, the iPad excelled at tasks where I could lean back and read, watch, or listen. When I needed to lean forward, things got a little more complicated. The iWork applications are a little rough around the edges, but they’re truly groundbreaking. I am amazed at the amount of functionality that has been crammed into each of those three apps. The three iWork apps seem good for light editing and displaying files, but using them to create important business documents from scratch seems much more daunting.
It was hyped and ripped before it even had a name, and after it was announced, it was both praised and panned. Apple’s iPad has been the subject of debates about the future of technology and media, and massive speculation about whether people will really want to buy and use it.

Will eco friendly fashion become a larger part of our wardrobe?
More and more fashion designers are starting to create eco friendly fashion, internet retailers are offering eco friendly clothing, even some high street retail and discount stores are starting to show an interest in eco friendly fabrics.
A Simple Question That I would Like Answered!
I have a friend that buys loads of really great “Tattoo Designed” T Shirts and spends a fortune on each and every one. £89.00 – £180 He buys them from a couple of Big Named so called High Quality Brand Labels and they look great. Then he washes them (30 degrees) two washes later they are all faded and the print is all peeling of and generally they are crap! His wife god bless her, saw a really great T shirt on the market stall from £19,99 and knocked the trader down to £15 she purchased the said garment and guess what 25 washes later it still in better condition than the ones he bought from the expensive so called high quality garment manufacturers.
So my question is WHY?
